Over the course of his career, Dave has successfully trained more than 800 clients, ranging from young athletes as young as six preparing for competitive soccer tournaments to older adults focused on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life. Drawing on his academic background and extensive hands-on experience, Dave is committed to personalized, evidence-based training programs that prioritize both safety and results.

Paula Fera began her fitness career in 2017 after successfully owning, operating, and instructing dance at Young Dancers of Canada in Vaughan for 28 years. Her most recent endeavour into group fitness instruction has led her to gain a large following in a variety of fitness classes: Body Core, Boot-Camp, Power Core, Pilates, Barre, Step and Zumba. Receiving her accreditation with Canfitpro in 2021, she currently personally trains and teaches across the GTA. Paula's versatility and dance history allow her to create and choreograph exercises and movements to music, making her classes fun, invigorating, and easy to follow. Her desire is to inspire adults to improve overall physical health by leading an active lifestyle through fitness.
